TLC Property Maintenance will project manage all your home and office renovations.

We will provide you with detailed quotes prior to work commencing. If you proceed with our quotes we will then schedule all contractors, arrange access to the property for contractors, provide the client with updates on a weekly basis, arrange site meetings with the client as necessary and carry out a final inspection/clean prior to hand over to the client.
